Cancellation policy:
For those who choose the standard / refundable rate, cancellation is free up to 30 days before the arrival date; from 29th day to 7th day before arrival, penalty of 50% of the total, after that time the payment of the total amount will be required and will not be refundable. -
Children and extra beds: children of all ages are welcome. Children from 14 years of age and above are considered as adults.
❖ From 0 to 3 years the baby cot – on request – extra cost;
❖ from 4 years upwards, the extra bed – on request – has an extra cost per night. The price varies on the season (low, medium, hight). -
The maximum number of extra beds and baby cots depends on the accommodation you choose. Check your accommodation to find out what the maximum capacity is. Cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

If you bring your 4-legged friend with you, we ask you to advise in advance and to ensure that he does not pose a danger to other guests of Trullo and Hugo and Kite, our dogs. We will be able to give you suggestions for the veterinarian, the pet shop with grooming service and beaches equipped for animals.
- In our rooms you’ll not find TV but books in book crossing that will keep you company throughout your stay.
